"PRO-10 respects the decision of the former Chief PNP, Police General Oscar D. Albayalde, to avail the Non-Duty Status (NDS) which being availed by all police personnel before their retirement," opisyal nga pahayag sa PRO-10.

Si PRO-10 Regional Director Police Brigadier General Rafael P Santiago Jr. nipasalig nga sundon ang unsa man nga instruksiyon sa OIC sa PNP.
Dugang niini nga ipadayon sa kapolisan ang kaikag sa pagpanerbisyo adlaw adlaw nga dili maapektuhan sa bisan unsa man nga kontrobersya.
