CEBU-BASED King Properties has topped off and completed the structural works for Meridian by Avenir, its latest high-rise development in the city.

With a projected turnover date within the third quarter of 2020, the Meridian aims to complete its 275 units of both home office and executive suites.
Amenities and features of the tower are the swimming pool, gym, lobby lounge, conference room, six floors of parking spaces, four high-speed elevators and more services for its occupants.
Situated within the “golden triangle” of Cebu’s business districts and lifestyle hub, Meridian is located along Golam Drive, Brgy. Kasambagan, Mabolo. The project is a few kilometers from Cebu Business Park, Cebu I.T. Park and SM City Cebu.
