MANILA -- Certain provinces in Mindanao such as Maguindanao, Sultan Kudarat, and South Cotabato are set to experience total blackout within two days this week.
The blackout will be implemented on Thursday, March 11, from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on March 12, according to South Cotabato Electric Cooperative 1 general manager Santiago Tudio.
Tudio said in a radio interview that a maintenance operation in their substation in Tacurong, Sultan Kudarat is the reason for the blackout. (Angela Casauay/Sunnex)
