THIS year’s Mr. and Miss BCNHS Intramurals 2019 with the theme, “Building camaraderie and nurturing learners holistically through sports”, was just FABulous! This was held last October 10 at the Baguio City National High School Auditorium.
The winners are Mr. BCNHS Intramurals 2019 Mehdi Teleghani Asl also Best in Sports Wear, Mr. Photogenic, Darling of the Crowd and Face of the Day and Miss BCNHS Intramurals 2019 Kyrene Schian Yv Amazan also Best in Casual, Sports and Formal Wear, Ms. Photogenic, Darling of the Crowd, Queen of the Ramp and Best in Production Number.
First runner-up Nash Albert Cereno is also Best in Formal Wear and Joshmine Anicette Rabilas also Miss Wit; second runner-up Jhusper Labnas also Best in Casual Wear and King of the Ramp and Geraldine Gonzales also Best in Talent; third runner-up Zachary Luma-ang also Mr. Wit, Mr. Congeniality, Mr. Winsome Smile and Best in Production Number and Leissa Alvien Acejo also Face of the Day.
Aside from the parade of handsome and beautiful talents, the stage set up was spectacular! The pageant’s segments consisted of the casual, sports, formal attire and Q and A categories. An exciting production number by the candidates brought “kilig” moments to their fans and supporters. There was a thunderous applause and warm atmosphere throughout the afternoon.
The board of judges were Novy Jones Aban, Mariver Agayas, Kelvin Aguilan, Mayumi Lara Kanda, Ren-ren Sabiano, Andrew Visayas and yours truly. The hosts were Dennis Garcia, Zimberly Chulyao and Drury Gama. I was also a witness and judge during the Grade 8 search where Mehdi Teleghani Asl won. He is a standout!
