Manayon of Cebu City Rider Omega Pro Tri Team captured the women’s overall title after clocking 2 hours, 44 minutes and 17 seconds in the 1.5-kilometer swim, 40K bike and 10K run course that started and ended at the City of Naga Boardwalk.

“I’m on the reserve list so I’m not sure if I’ll be competing in SEA Games. I’m ready always (if ever I get called),” the 11th grader from the University of San Carlos told SunStar Cebu.

Rider Omega notched a double championship as the team’s new member Jonathan Pagura ruled the men’s division after crossing the finish line at 2:14:27. Asian elites Jorry Ycong and Banjo Norte came in 2:16:16 and 2:16:35 to give Rider Omega a sweep on the men’s side.

In the super sprint race, Joshua Sebastian Cabusas of the Cebu LandMasters Tri Team bagged the men’s title in 45:05, beating John Paul Cabalit of Paseo de Loon and Lucas Christof Quano, who clocked 45:25 and 1:02:32, respectively.
