DAKO ang pagpasalamat ni Mandaue City Mayor Jonas Cortes tungod sa dinaliang pagkasulbad sa kaso sa pagpanulis sa JCenter Mall niadtong Sabado sa gabii, Oktubre 19.
Mao kini ang unod sa text message nga gipadala sa mayor ngadto sa media human dunay dakong kalamboan sulod lang sa pipila ka oras sa hitabo diin dunay napatay ug nangadakpan nga mga suspek.
"We commend the quick actions of the PNP in apprehending the perpetrators of last Saturday’s incident," matod sa mayor.
"We will call a meeting of the City Peace and Order Council to assess the security situation of the city," dugang nga mensahe ni Cortes.
"We will request the management of JCenter Mall to fully cooperate with the authorities on the ongoing investigation of the incident," dason niya.

Ipatawag ni Mayor Edgardo Labella ang mga mall operator ug security mall managers karong alas 10:00 buntag, Lunes, Oktubre 21, sa Cebu City Hall.

Ang pagpatawag sa mayor resulta sa nahitabong tulis didto sa JCenter Mall sa dakbayan sa Mandaue diin nasakiyo sa mga tulisan ang mga mahalon nga alahas gikan sa mga jewelry shop ug kwarta sa mga money changer.
“I will call a meeting on Tuesday on all mall managers and security officers together with the CCPO to be uprised on their security preparations especially those who are going in and out of the mall,” padayag ni Labella.
“Are there enough safeguards to prevent the public, so that incident like in Mandaue will never happen in Cebu City? It was a lesson learned for us,” dugang ni Labella.
Ang mayor nimando na ngadto ni Vinluan sa Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) sa pag-roving sa mga mall nga nahimutang sa dakbayan aron mapugngan kon adunay mga dautang tawo nga magplano nga momugna og kasamok.
