AUTHORITIES recently got back one of the children in conflict with the law (CICL) who escaped from the Cebu City Operation Second Chance (CCOSC) in Barangay Kalunasan, Cebu City two weeks ago.
CCOSC head Ambrocio Ibones said his personnel apprehended the minor, a resident of Barangay Banilad, in Balamban town.
He promised to capture the three CICL who are still at large.
Ibones said the management of the CCOSC failed to get the escapees as it lacks personnel who could go to their places of residence.
Cebu City Mayor Edgardo Labella said the three CICL may face additional charges if they continue hiding.
Eleven CICL successfully escaped from the CCOSC facility on a Friday, Oct. 4, 2019.
