QUEST Hotel & Conference Center Cebu proudly unveiled to foodies its newest theme nights, showcasing local and international fare daily at Pusô Bistro & Bar, the hotel’s all-day dining outlet. Have the world at your feet—or in this case, on your plate.
With “World’s Recipes,” diners can enjoy an international spread from roast chicken to baby back ribs every Monday and Wednesday. On Tuesdays, it’s “Asian Classics,” when the buffet features Asian cuisines, mainly Japanese and Korean dishes like staples from sushi and samgyeopsal, to unique ones like Japanese curry and desserts like wasabi cheesecake.
Take a culinary journey across Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao on Thursdays with its “Luzvinminda” theme. Flavors of the county take centerstage on this day with Filipino favorites like sinaing na tulingan from Luzon; lechon roll from Visayas; and durian pastilles from Mindanao.
End the work week with “Seafood Celebration” on Fridays, as an array of fresh seafood is cooked to your liking along with the sushi and sashimi station just there for the picking, while other dishes complete the smorgasbord including barbecue squid salad and seafood paella.
Last, expect an island vibe greeting you at the restaurant as its “Hawaiian Luau” on Saturdays reminds you of the islands with dishes like Hawaii’s famed grilled huli-huli chicken coupled with pineapple fritters and puffs for dessert.
