HAU hosts international cultural conference

ANGELES CITY -- A university recently hosted an international cultural conference in partnership with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA).

The Holy Angel University co-hosted the “3rd Bantula International Conference on Culture-Based Research” from October 18 to 20.

The cultural conference was organized by the NCCA, Philippine Cultural Education Program, and the Barasoain Kalinangan Foundation Inc.

This year’s conference carried the theme, “Language and Culture in a Cross Border Environment Towards Academic Excellence, Community Development, and Youth Empowerment”.

The three-day conference provided a venue for ventilating issues regarding the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) Cooperation through culture-based education.

Through scholarly discourse, dialogue, and dissemination, culture-based education could be the driver of sustainable development and inclusive growth in the Asean region.
