It celebrated by holding a thanksgiving mass along with a community health fair. Those who visited the clinic received free medical checkup along with free medication. In addition, it offered free cataract surgery to senior citizens who enlisted that day, in cooperation with ARC Eye Center.

Since it was built, ARC Hospitals has tended to patients, 23 percent foreigners, 77 percent locals. More than that, it prides itself on tending to various health concerns with its expansion of services.

Through the leadership of its chief operations officer and medical director, Alex E. Alegrado, MD, MSC, HM, ARC Hospitals with a strong foundation in terms of cancer care. This year, the Oncology Department has created strong partnerships to further enhance the quality of care as well as incorporating the latest in cancer care technologies.

Other services include the ClearSkin Plus Dermatology Clinic, opened in March 2019, with dermatological services like facial, lasers microdermabrasion, hair and scalp treatments and more; the Dialysis clinic, unveiled to the public last Oct. 8, which has five Fresenius dialysis machines which can serve both ARC Hospitals inpatients and the Mactan community; and the Blood Bank, added because of the high census of caesarian section and dengue patients in its first year of operations.
