MALAYSIAN health and wellness brand Ogawa World has entered the Visayas market as it opens its first store in Cebu to promote the art of wellness to the Cebuanos.
Marianne Rodillo, marketing communication manager at Ogawa World Philippines, said the company is looking to bring its premium massage chairs to the Visayan buyers.
“We wanted to share our wellness intelligence and our advocacy in promoting the art of living in the age of digital wellness in the country. The Ogawa brand could see the premiumness of those who are visiting our store and it’s the art of wellness which is all about relaxation,” she said.
Ogawa opened its store at the second floor of SM Seaside City Cebu Friday, Oct. 25, 2019, as part of its aggressive expansion plan in the country.
“We are aggressively sharing the advocacy not only here in Cebu but by next year in 2020, we are very excited to open it in Davao, Bacolod, Cagayan de Oro, Baguio and Olongapo,” Rodillo said.
Interested customers can try out the products for free to experience the relaxation, she added.
The wellness brand has 30 pop-up and outlet stores nationwide since they started offering a range of massage chairs and sofas to the Philippine market in 2011.
“These products are not just about the products; it’s our advocacy and our campaign to share our brand values to people and that is promoting the art of wellness. When they visit our store in SM Seaside, they can expect a 360 degrees of Ogawa experience,” she said.
Rodillo said they are targeting the A and B markets in Cebu and have available payment options for potential customers.
“We have flexible promos for those who want to buy this product and it’s really reachable for those who can afford,” she said.
Currently, Ogawa is present in 32 countries.
