CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- Pampanga officials recently signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) for the seamless operation of the One Stop Processing Center (OSPC) inside Clark Freeport.

Pampanga Governor Dennis Pineda, Mabalacat City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo, and Angeles City Mayor Carmelo Lazatin Jr., represented by Raffy Angeles, signed the MOA with Clark Development Corporation (CDC) President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Noel Manankil.

The MOA aims to further improve the services offered by the OSPC, also known as "one stop shop," located at the Clark Skills Training Center in Clark Freeport Zone (CFZ).

Points agreed upon by the aforementioned parties include the renovation and rehabilitation of facilities, provision of Public Employment Service Office (Peso) outlet, and establishment of Help Desks for workers, among others.

OSPC is part of the concerted efforts of all the concerned government agencies to optimize the limited resources of the government, and to provide for a more unified, synchronized, and coordinated delivery of services in the freeport.

As stated on the MOA, CDC wants to ensure the convenient and efficient delivery of meaningful services to its locators and stakeholders, specifically the overseas Filipino workers, through the implementation of fast-tracked system at the OSPC which makes the processing of requirements faster and seamless.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by Rommel Narciso, CDC AVP for external affairs; Luningning Vergara, Peso manager; lawyer Kercee Vendel Lazatin, Angeles representative; and lawyer Emmanuel Ignacio, Mabalacat representative.
