CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- It was all treats and no tricks for the Camp Olivas Day Care Center students, as they visited Police Regional Office (PRO)-Central Luzon on Tuesday, October 29, for the annual "Trick or Treat" activity.

PRO-Central Luzon officer-in-charge Brigadier General Leonardo Cesneros led the pre-Halloween activity wherein different offices and units brimmed with candies and treats to the amusement of kids.

Far from their snappy attitude, Central Luzon policemen were all cheerful in treating the 69 children wearing scary and cute Halloween costumes for the sixth run of the "PRO-3's Trick or Treat" activity.

The annual activity is also in line with the 27th National Children's Month Celebration with the theme "Karapatang Pambata: Patuloy na Pahalagahan at Gampanan Tungo sa Magandang Kinabukasan."
