EYEBROWSE Optical nabbed a win after it bested SKT Enterprises, 113-106, in the Southside Basketball League Season 4 at the Sacred Heart Center basketball court on Sunday, Oct. 27, 2019.
Eyebrowse asserted itself in the second period of that game where it outscored SKT, 20-11, to erect a 57-43 halftime lead.
SKT tried to rally in the second half but Eyebrowse held firm until the game’s final buzzer.
Christian Gallarde led Eyebrowse with 25 points, 14 rebounds and five assists to spoil the triple-double performance of SKT’s Ralph “The Lion King” Belarmino who had 24 points, 16 rebounds and 10 assists.
In other games, the Guba Society took down the Grit N Grind, 58-52. Roldan Riconalla paced the winning team with 19 points, eight rebounds and six assists.
The Outkazsts also prevailed over the Cordials, 93-60, while the RFC Ballers edged the Aces, 76-74.
