The new Chevrolet model was unveiled by The Covenant Car Company Inc. (TCCCI) for the first time on Sept. 13, 2019 during the opening of the 2019 Cebu Auto Show (CAS) at SM Seaside City Cebu’s Sky Hall.

It’s easy to think that the new Colorado Trail Boss can get by with looks alone—with its hip black and white colorway, slick grille and fender flares, cool decals on the tailgate and on the side, plus 18-inch alloy wheels—but once taken out for a spin, one will realize that there’s more to it than just aesthetics.

Designed for adventure seekers, the Colorado Trail Boss is built to effortlessly conquer the roughest of terrains, as its name suggests. It is powered with a 2.8L DURAMAX direct-injection DOHC 4-cylinder, 16-valve diesel engine with Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT) and intercooler.

The vehicle is also equipped with smart features such as the Chevrolet MyLink Infotainment System so every drive is a smooth one. With Apple Carplay and Android Auto integration, one can access maps, play his favorite songs and even sync contacts and make hands-free calls by simply pairing a mobile phone with the system.

For safety features, the Colorado Trail Boss comes with Limited Slip Differential, Anti-lock Braking System, Electronic Brakeforce Distribution and Engine Immobilizer.
