TUCKED within Felcris Centrale is a new restaurant that will be great for families and friends.
Evanyce Grill House, which is located on the second floor of the Alfresco of Felcris Centrale, offers its guests a variety of dishes that can be shared among families and friends
“We are focusing on Filipino cuisine with a little bit of twist,” said chef Czarmae Pombo.
For example, for their kare-kare they use crispy pata. The kare-kare sauce can either be drizzled on the crispy pata or served separately.
The restaurant offers pica-pica, salads, pasta, noodles, soup, fried rice, grilled dishes, and a variety of mains like Evanyce Humba de Bohol and Evancye Sizzling Crispy Sisig.
Chef Gwyn Initan said for their grilled dishes, they use a special marination of spices.
They also serve coffee, milk tea, mocktails, and alcoholic beverages. For their desserts they have halo-halo and banana split.
Guests dining here can expect a cozy ambiance with good food and quality service.
“Our main purpose here is to satisfy our guesta with quality service,” Initan said.
Friends and families dining here can also use their karaoke rooms at P150 per hour. For two hours, it is at P250 instead of P300. Choose from some 8,500 songs and sing the night away with some good food.
Evanyce Grill House is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
