THE University of San Carlos (USC) in Cebu City has again produced another topnotcher, with Diana Cecilia Patagoc Estrada placing sixth in the October 2019 Psychologist Licensure Examination.
Estrada got a passing rate of 83.70 percent.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) said 205 out of 285 examinees passed the exam given by the Board of Psychology in Manila last October 2019.
It said the result of examination with respect to one examinee was withheld pending compliance of deficiency.
The PRC also announced that from November 20-29 and December 2-6, 2019, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done online.
"Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), two pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), two sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals," it said.
It also said that the date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees will be announced later. (LMY)
