SOBRA 25,000 ka atleta, team officials, personahe ug volunteers sa 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games ang cover sa insurance, human giselyuhan sa Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) ang partnership tali Standard Insurance Co. Inc., Martes, Nobyembre 5, 2019.

Si PSC chairman ug Team Philippines Chef de Mission William Ramirez milagda sa memorandum of agreement tali Standard Insurance Group Chairman Ernesto Echauz sa koordinasyon sa Philippine Southeast Asian Games Organizing Committee.

“The successful hosting of the SEA Games also involves the security of our athletes and officials, in and out of the games. We thank Standard Insurance for offering their service not only to Team Philippines, but also to all the other delegates in this SEAG,” suma ni Ramirez.

Dugang sa pahayag nga ang coverage gikan sa Oktubre 13 ngadto Disyembre 15.

Nagpasabot nga ang kompetisyon nga nagsugod una pa ang official opening ceremonies sama sa football ug water polo parte sa insurance coverage.

“Each covered person will have P300,000 insurance coverage. The declaration of covered persons shall come from Phisgoc,” ni Echauz, nga mao say pangulo sa Philippine Sailing Association.

Ang Standard Insurance mag-cover sa "death or any accident related injuries, which is also extended to any sport related injuries such as training or in-game injuries. Sports injuries coming from sabotage and acts of terrorism is included in the policy coverage." (PR)
