THE Central Negros Electric Cooperative (Ceneco) Inc. has informed its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted Sunday, November 10, 2019.
The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines will implement a power service interruption in Barangays Sum-ag, Lag-asan and Alijis from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. of November 10, and Ceneco will take advantage of this downtime by implementing simultaneous maintenance activities.
Ceneco consumers were also advised that in the event of any power interruption, electrical switches should be turned off for safety reasons.
"When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10 to 15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge," Ceneco said.
