Honda One Make race to open March 13

THE Honda Philippines Inc. will bring to Bacolod City the Honda One Race Underbone Circuit, one of the fastest growing Motorsports in the country.

The said race will be held at the old Bacolod Airport site.

The 10-race series include Bacolod in its itinerary in Visayas along with Cebu, Iloilo, and Tagbilaran. Other hosts cities are Davao, General Santos, Cagayan de Oro, and Tagum.

By staging the Honda One Make race Underbone Circuit Racing, Honda Philippines Inc., is helping the development of the sports to a higher level, providing thousands of Honda Motorcycle riders and owners a chance to develop and hone their skills in racing.

It will also give the public a chance to witness a professional race that promises to be exciting and exhilarating.

Expected to join the race this weekend are Circuit racers from Cebu and Davao. Up for grabs are cash prizes in different categories.

The Honda One Make race is sporting five race classes  -- 100-110 Super Stock Beginners, 100-110 Novice Open, 4-AT Open (All Honda Beat), 125 Super Stock Beginners and 125 Novice Open.

Participants will have their practice and registration this Saturday at 7:30 p.m., time trial at 9 a.m. and race briefing and opening rites at 11:30 a.m.
