Bank launches Grand Housing Madness
THE BPI Family Savings Bank (BFSB) on Thursday launched its Grand Housing Madness Bacolod Leg at the Robinson's Place.
The Housing Madness is an event that brings together real estate developers under one roof and offers special deals and attractive rates for people seeking to own their very own house or condominium.
The Bacolod House madness will last until March 14.
BFSB has partnered with nine developers namely: Ayala Land for Ayala North Pint and Asyana, Armed Forces and Police Mutual Benefit Inc. for Bacolod Homes Royale, Camella Communities, Dynamic Properties for Oasis, Furen Land, HDL Construction and Development Corporation, LS Pacific Development Corporation for Pacific Shores, Philippine Diversified Developers Corporation, and St. Rafael Development Corporation.
Jocelyn Sta. Ana, Senior Vice President Division head for Retail Mortgage of BPI said in line with the bank's commitment to provide affordable housing loan packages with specially designed financing schemes, housing madness clients can enjoy special rates which translates to low monthly amortizations, fast credit decision and a waiver of P3,5000 appraisal fee with accredited developers.
Clients whose applications have been approved and availed will also get a free BPI Express Credit Gold MasterCard.
The BPI's Housing Madness will also run in other provincial sites such as Iloilo, Davao, and Pampanga.
