Pangan: Movement at Fiesta HOA

At the 9th official board meeting of the Fiesta Homeowners

Association Inc., (HOA) held afternoon of November 2, 2019,

I was elected president of the HOA vice Rozel Kay Hernandez who

opted to resign as president and member of the Board of Directors

due to some pressing personal reasons and to give full time to her

ailing mother.

Incidentally, VP Rod Mones also tendered his resignation as officer

of the HOA but retained his membership in the board.

Attending the 9th official board meeting were: Rozel Kay Hernandez,

Aidez dela Cruz, Marydoll Corilla, Angelina Isais, Alfredo Ramos,

Dennis dela Cruz, Juliet Donato, Cesar Pangan, this writer and Jesus

del Rosario.

Dennis dela Cruz, an active member of the PNP, was elected vice president, replacing Rod Mones.

After the election, I remarked that Rozel Kay is a tough act to follow because of her hard work and dedication for the homeowners and

the accomplishments for them.

Kay graciously accepted my remarks and replied that the unity of the officers of the HOA and its Board of Directors inspired her to work consistently hard and be dedicated to the goals and objectives of the HOA.

I also asked the officers present during the 9th official board meeting to support me in the discharge of my functions as president of the HOA.

Earlier, BOD Jennie Rose Dalisay resigned and recently, Jennylyn Gulayan-Lumanog followed suit. With the resignation of former president Rozel Kay Hernandez, only nine were left in the Board of

Directors who, by the way, vowed to keep working for Fiesta

Communities homeowners.

BOD Cesar Pangan urged me to follow up on the other projects of the HOA, including stray dogs, particularly in Phase 4 and road obstructions, specifically in Magalang Street, Phase 2. I nodded in agreement to Cesar and vowed to implement his suggestions.

This month of November saw the holding of a Trick or Treat event where kids were treated to bags of candies and a short show.

For the month of December, there would be lot of activities in time for Christmas. A general membership meeting of all Fiesta Communities households will also be held. The putting up of Christmas decor and lights will be implemented soon.
