A GERMAN national went missing in San Juan, Southern Leyte on Sunday, November 10, 2019.
Johannes Benno Krieg, 23, was last seen in Barangay San Vicente of San Juan town after he went to the mountainous area of the village around 1 p.m. of November 10.
Krieg's friend, identified as Pia Schmitz, first reported the incident to the San Juan Municipal Police Station at 2:10 p.m. Monday, November 11.
The German national temporarily checked-in at Kissbone Cove Hotel in Barangay Magbagacay, Saint Bernard town in the province.
Police are conducting search and rescue operation. (SunStar Philippines)
