CATHERINE Domigyay, of Can-eo, Bontoc, Mountain Province but now based in Baguio City, weaves a uniquely designed table cloth at the Diplomat Hotel in preparation for the Ibagiw creative festival on November 16-24, 2019.
Domigyay's design is a mixture of the Mountain Province, Kalinga, Baguio and Benguet inspired with a message: to preserve and protect Baguio City. (Jean Nicole Cortes)
