All That Glitters launches Cebu-inspired holiday collection

ALL That Glitters (ATG) is presenting its brand new holiday collection inspired by Cebu, The Pearl City of the South, in a two-day exhibit at Holistic Coalition of the Willing (HoliCOW) Gallery, Crossroads Mall, Banilad.

The collection takes its inspiration from Cebu, where ATG was born. It stems from the creative ideas of cousins Amanda LuYm and Cacay Moras-Server. The focus is on freshwater pearls of different tones and sizes fashioned into pieces inspired by local flora and fauna. “The jewelry is inspired by memories of Cebu: elegant parties, beautiful women, and moments of true luxury and leisure. The modernism of the house is transmuted through the metals and gems to create pieces that are timeless.”

The designers prize true originality and this collection is a true expression of this belief. The pieces highlight the quintessential elements of style, elegance and grace.

“We are not trend-driven. We are intent on being 100 percent true to our vision of unique, stunning, elegant, one-of-a-kind jewelry honoring all our muses and our Filipino artisans who spend hours hand crafting each piece.”

The jewelry exhibit will celebrate natural elegance and striking beauty in new colorways, muted neutrals and lustrous, modern pearls exhibited amid indigenous orchids and other rare species by notable landscaper and purveyor of fine plants, Jaime Chua. It will also include Amanda LuYm’s fine art photography, featuring botanical subjects. There will only be one print run for all the images, making them one of kind themselves.

The exhibit opened Thursday, Nov. 14 with an exclusive preview and opening cocktails for guests and members of the media. The general public may view the exhibit today, Nov. 15, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. (PR)
