THE GreAtMinds Leadership Academy Knights completed a sweep of the elimination round after they routed the Bohol Wisdom School, 79-64, in the Juniors division of the Bohol Schools Athletic Association basketball tournament at the Barder Gym in Tagbilaran City on Nov. 13, 2019.
Kobe Oswald Naron dominated his defenders as he put up 18 points, six rebounds and four assists while also doing an incredible job on the defensive end, racking up six steals and six blocks.
John Ponla and John Loquellano also did their part, scoring 14 points apiece to help GLA get their ninth win in as many games.
Meanwhile, the University of Bohol (UB) took down the Holy Name University (HNU), 84-75, in the Seniors division.
The win allowed UB to even up its record at 4-4 and forge a three-way tie in the standings alongside Mater Dei College and Trinidad Municipal College.
Renel Ryan Mila led the way for UB as he piled up 25 points, six rebounds, three assists and a steal. Joseph Morata added 12 while Melvin Jenoctan chipped in 10.
