THE Association of Barangay Councils (ABC) has distributed collapsible tents and motorcycles to 80 barangays in Cebu City on Friday afternoon, November 15.
Each of the barangays received one unit of tent and motorcycle. The distribution was done at Plaza Independencia.
ABC president Franklyn Ong said the money used to purchase the items came from the ABC's trust fund, which he said was not used for a long time.
The amount reached P12 million.
Aside from motorcycles and tents, Ong said computer sets and sound systems will also be distributed to the barangays.
The target date for the distribution is December, he said. (JJL)
