Real estate firms bag The Outlook awards

IT’S a big win for developers from all over the country as renowned real estate names from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao took home the most-sought-after awards from The Outlook: Philippine Buyers’ Choice Property Awards on Nov. 14, 2019, at the Makati Shangri-La.

The Outlook Awards, co-presented by Philippine Daily Inquirer Property and Holcim, used a two-step process to determine the winners for the house, condominium and mixed-use categories: an esteemed panel of judges shortlisted the nominees for each category and a 10,000-respondent survey revealed the big winner for each award.

DMCI Homes bagged the Best Developer in Luzon, Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) won the Best Developer in Visayas and Mindanao, Phinma Property Holdings Corp. won the Best Boutique Developer in Luzon and Datem Homes Inc. took home the Best Boutique Developer in Visayas and Mindanao.

CLI, which also brought home Best Affordable Condo for Casa Mira Towers Labangon, has established its reputation when it comes to giving real estate seekers in Visayas and Mindanao properties that fit their lifestyle. This earned its porject Casa Mira South the Best House at 2018’s The Outlook Awards. Joe Soberano III, chairman and chief executive officer of CLI, was awarded the Personality of the Year at the gala night.

Avida Land Corp. bagged the Best Premium Condo for Avida Towers Makati Southpoint and Best Affordable House for Avida Southfield Settings Nuvali. Megaworld Corp., for its The Albany project won the Best Luxe Condo in Luzon and Filinvest Land Inc. took home Best Premium House in Luzon for The Peak. (PR)
