WORKERS remove the old roofing at the Athletic Bowl skating rink as the concessionaire decided to renovate the establishment they have been leasing since 2008.
According to the concessionaire, the renovation began late October and they hope to finish before the year ends, but the new Burnham master development plan goes back to the pre-war open air skating rink. (Jean Nicole Cortes)
