THREE Cebu graduates made it to the top 10 of the September 2019 Licensure Exam for Teachers (elementary) released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Sunday, December 1, 2019.
Rebekah Louise Mendrez Rosito of Cebu Normal University snagged the fifth spot with a 90.80 rating.
Kyn Noel Punay Pestaño of the University of San Carlos is in ninth place with a rating of 90 percent.
In 10th place is Roxan Jane Pesalbon Arenas of Cebu Technological University-San Francisco with a rating of 89.80 percent.
Taking the top spot is Kezia Keren Ambag of the Philippine Normal University-Mindanao with a passing rate of 92.60 percent.
The PRC announced that out of 92,440 elementary teachers who took the exam, only 28,973 passed.
