CHRISTMAS in Cagayan de Oro City is truly in the air as Limketkai Luxe Hotel celebrates the start of the Yuletide season.
Limketkai held its white Christmas-themed tree lighting event Thursday, November 28, 2019.
With its theme: "Merry White Christmas," Limketkai Luxe Hotel's Christmas tree was filled with white and icy-silver decorations, garlands and boxes. Large snowflakes were also placed beside the tree, showing the "wintery feels" inside the hotel. Even the guests were in winter wonder as they wore their best white colored dresses and shirt during the tree lighting ceremony.
City Councilor Ian Nacaya, who represented City Mayor Oscar Moreno, congratulated Luxe Hotel and expressed his gratitude for having the City Government be a part of the event. He also described Limketkai as the center of development in Cagayan de Oro City during his speech.
"Congratulations to Limketkai's brothers and the corporation at large for investing and competing to multi-national companies in Cagayan de Oro City," Nacaya said.
Apart from Nacaya, City Councilors Jay Pascual and George Goking, Mags Cue, Jennifer Chua and fashion designer Guella were present during the tree lighting ceremony.
