On the outside, this SUV is quite the looker with a modern facelift consisting of sleek lines and chrome accents. The grille, front bumper, fog lamps, LED headlamps and Daytime Running Lights add to the vehicle’s aesthetic and functionality.
Inside, the same design-meets-function concept is applied. The 2019 Vitara features stylish touches such as a new clock design, seats with a chic geometric pattern as well as a front center armrest. There’s also a new 4.2” multi-information LCD display, multi-functional steering wheel, a 10-inch multimedia audio touchscreen, automatic air conditioning plus a panoramic sunroof and generous luggage space perfect for your next getaway.
The Vitara is equipped with an M16A-type petrol engine matched with a six-speed automatic transmission with paddle shift, which enables better climbing and improved acceleration.
With utmost safety in mind, the Vitara is engineered with a TECT body frame, a design that efficiently absorbs and disperses energy in the event of a collision. Other safety features of the vehicle include six standard SRS airbags strategically located around the vehicle interiors for optimum safety; the Electronic Stability Programme (ESP), which automatically adjusts the engine and brakes to help maintain control when the wheels lose traction; and ultrasonic front and rear sensors in the bumpers to alert the driver when there are obstacles.
The Vitara is available in monotone and two-tone color options.
