CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga -- The so-called Basag Kotse gang last Tuesday victimized the vehicle of a physician while parked along MacArthur Highway, Barangay Sto. Cristo, Angeles City.
Colonel Patrick Sangalang, Angeles City police director, said Dr. Reynaldo Dizon, 62, a resident of Diamond Subdivision, Balibago, Angeles City, parked his Mitsubishi Expander unattended near a bar at the said barangay.
Dizon, a practitioner at Rafael Memorial Center, parked his vehicle around 7 p.m. and attended the inter-department bowling tournament of the hospital.
When he returned to his vehicle and about to leave at about 9 p.m., he was dismayed to discover that the front passenger window and left rear window were broken.
Sangalang said that victim did not disclose what personal belongings were taken by the suspects.
Over in the City of San Fernando, police chief Colonel Paul Gamido, said that Mycah Caingat, 30, a resident of Barangay Lourdes was victimized by members of Basag Kotse gang the same day.
Gamido said the victim parked her vehicle, a gray Mitsubishi Mirage (AAI-7595) in front of Puregold Rotonda in Barangay Dolores here.
The victim parked her car at about 7:30 p.m. and when she returned an hour later, she discovered that the right window was shattered.
Gamido said the shoulder bag of the victim containing her iPhone6, make up kit, power bank and earphones were missing. (Ric Sapnu)
