DOUBLEDRAGON Properties Corp. and Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) have signed an agreement to form a corporation to jointly develop a 10,032.10 square meter prime commercial lot located along E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue in Libis, Quezon City adjacent to Robinsons Land’s first township development, Bridgetowne.
The buildable gross floor area of the property will be shared by RLC and DoubleDragon on a 50-50 basis.
The plans for the one-hectare property include the construction of Robinsons DoubleDragon Square where the land and building will be jointly owned by RLC and DoubleDragon. (PR)
