Angeles crowns new Mutya 2019 winners

ANGELES CITY -- The prestigious Mutya Ning Angeles 2019 pageant culminated on Sunday, December 8, at the Systems Plus College Foundation where Mayor Carmelo Lazatin Jr. and co-presenter Beautederm Corporation crowned its new winners.

"Of course, all of these candidates' goal is to win, but whatever will be the outcome -- whether win or lose -- you are all winners. You already have shown the integrity, beauty, and strength of a woman," said the mayor.

Lazatin also mentioned the greatest contribution of women in the community, such as Angelena beauties Angela Maria Robson who won first runner-up in the Eat Bulaga Miss Millennial 2019 and Francesca Taruc who bagged the crown of Miss Tourism World 2019 Intercontinental.

Barangay Mining bet Mizziah Eunice Reyes bested 26 lovely candidates who vied for the title as she was hailed as the Mutya Ning Angeles (MNA) 2019 and Ms. Beautederm, which was personally awarded by Rei Tan, the founder, with some of the brand ambassadors and ambassadresses.

Her answer during the question and answer portion captivated the judges and audience when she said that she wanted to willingly participate in the programs of the city government which is for the benefit of the Angelenos.

She said she will portray the true essence of a woman with strength, courage, and tenacity.

Barangay Pandan's bet Deserie Balajadia was hailed as first runner-up, while Barangay Lourdes North West's Selena Yabut was hailed as second runner-up.

Barangay Sapalibutad's Hazel Lapuz landed in third place and Barangay Cutcut's Justine Santiago took the fourth spot.
