Chepsiror dominates Don Bosco Fun Run

KENYAN Eric Chepsiror dominated the Holiness For You Too Fun Run on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2019, at the Don Bosco Technical College-Cebu (DBTC) campus in Brgy. Punta Princesa, Cebu City.

Chepsiror clocked 41 minutes to win the open 12-kilometer crown in dominating fashion. Prince Joey Lee came in at 51:28 for second place and Ruel Algufera clocked in 51:32 to complete the podium finishers.

Antonio Albin Tabay topped the men’s student category in 55:41, while Ma. Tricia Taclob reigned in the women’s student class in 1:55:25.

Chris Hernando grabbed the top honors in the student 9K race with a time of 42:50. Adrian Perez and Lance Mil settled as runners-up to Hernando after timing in 43:25 and 43:31, respectively.

Alistair Manlosa completed the course in 29:34 to win the 6K student title over Jason Genson, who finished in 30:21. Lehron Lao took third place in 31:25.

In the 3K race, John Roma was the first to cross the finish line in 12:47, followed by Em Simogan in 14:24 and Seth Carampatan in 14:39. / RSC
