‘Brace for a rainy Christmas’

THE Provincial Disaster Management Program Division (PDMPD) is warning Negrenses to brace for a rainy Christmas.

Zephard Caelian, head of PDMPD, said two low pressure areas are expected to bring rains in the province.

Based on the seven-day localized weather forecast and extended weather outlook in the province, it indicates scattered rainshowers.

Temperatures will be moderate from Friday until Wednesday with cloudy to moderate rains until Christmas day.

Wind speed are expected to reach 25 kilometers per hour (kph) but are expected to slow down at 10-15kph on December 25.

Caelian also said that they are closely monitoring the two LPAs which may or may not enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
