HAU marching band transforms to symphony orchestra

PAMPANGA. The Holy Angel University Orchestra, together with school’s chorale and guest artists, perform during a free Christmas Concert last Wednesday. The event was attended by Angeles Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting; Councilor Joseph “PG” Ponce; HAU President Luis Maria Calingo, Dr. Franco and spouses Rey and Grace Lacquian. A UNIVERSITY brass band in the Angeles City has now become a symphony orchestra.

The Holy Angel University (HAU) Marching Band transformed into the HAU Orchestra on December 18, during a free Christmas concert at the university’s theatre.

The orchestra performed under the baton of Maestro Edwin Lumanug who is a native of Betis District in Guagua town.

The brass band transformed into a symphony orchestra after Philip Punsalan donated all the necessary musical instruments.

The Christmas concert was attended by HAU president Luis Maria Calingo, Vice Mayor Vicky Vega, and Councilor Joseph Ponce.
