AN E-BIKE driver was injured after he was shot at Phase 3, Celine Homes, Barangay Estefania, Bacolod City Friday morning, December 20.
Police identified the victim as Jerry Jaron, 38, of Purok Sagrado, Barangay Estefania.
Police Lieutenant Colonel Ariel Pico, spokesperson of Bacolod City Police Office, said the victim sustained wound on his hand after he was shot by Michael Vivero using unidentified firearm.
Investigation showed a heated argument ensued between Jaron and Vivero at about 9:10 a.m. Vivero took his gun and shot the victim.
The victim was brought the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital while Vivero fled.
Pico said the operatives of Police Station 4 led by Police Major Reynante Jomocan is still conducting a follow-up operation to arrest the suspect. (MAP)
