CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — The City Government made colorful murals of barricades Monday to highlight Women’s Month Celebration in collaboration with some Kapampangan artists and students at the Jose Abad Santos Avenue stretch.

“The project is a series of women’s participation in the preservation and protection of the environment, sponsored by the City Government for women development and welfare,” said Amy Catacutan, head and secretary for Gender and Development.

The talents from Sikhay, which is a circle of homegrown artists and students from different schools painted a total of 50 barricades with their artistic flair conveyed on a mural exhibition.
