ANGELES CITY – The City Government through the Angeles City Public Employment Service Office (Peso) will hold a two-day job fair on March 19 and 20 at Marquee Mall Activity Center.

The event entitled “Obra Para Keka” (Work for You) is one of Mayor Francis "Blueboy" Nepomuceno’s priority programs for local employment.

PESO Manager Adelina Deocales said, “We have invited 14 private employers from the local industry and 14 recruitment agencies for overseas employment.”

The job fair will be from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. “This is the 1st of a series of job fairs that the PESO would be hosting for 2010. We have similar upcoming events set by May, June and October of this year,” Deocales mentioned.

Nepomuceno with Team Friendship, Department of Labor Employment Central Luzon Director Ernesto Bihis and Philippine Overseas Employment Agency Central Luzon Director Winnie Frida Palma will also be at the job fair. (Ian Ocampo Flora)
