Tan: O come let us adore Him

Tan: O come let us adore Him

CHRISTMAS greetings to all.

We are all, in a way, fearful because of the recent earthquakes and the occasional aftershocks. Despite our traumas, let us pray that we see the truth of Christmas. Let us prayerfully ask GOD to spare us and refresh our fearful hearts with His peace.

May the presence of the Holy Trinity in our midst calm us and in our hearts, let us give a wider space for Worship and generosity. Take time to really mean the songs we sing and the prayers we say.

Pray that hope, love, peace and grace abound in this season of the celebration of our Saviour’s birth. Let Christmas remind us of simplicity and stir our hearts to surrender all our agenda to Jesus.

Have an expectant heart, eager to meet Abba.

But do you know what’s so amazing, Abba is more eager to meet you! Hallelujah! Take time, meet up with and have fellowship with friends, old and new. It’s only in this season that all worshippers can have fellowship. Share a smile, and start a friendship. Share an offering as a sign of grace-filled generosity. Spend a little time with your spiritual leaders on this rare occasion of fellowship.

Have a family picture; take advantage of the decors all over the city, in your churches, in the malls, at our parks. Leave your churches with a refreshed heart and a sense of relief from our recent traumas.

Be a gracist; prioritize those who need help the most.

From my heart.
