GIREKOMENDAR sa Cebu City Legal Office ang paghatag og gahom sa City Council ngadto kang Mayor Edgardo Labella pagpirma sa memorandum of agreement (MOA) tali sa Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center (VSMMC).
Ang MOA may kalambigitan sa mga medical devices lakip na ang wheelchairs nga ihatag sa Latter Day Saints, para i-renew ang ilang MOA nga molungtad og tulo ka tuig.
“The CLO recommends for approval the MOA to be executed by VSMMC and the City of Cebu for donation of medical devices, including wheelchairs.These devices are donated by the religious congregation, The Latter-Day Saints,” padayag ni City Attorney Rey Gealon. (PAC)
