FOUR personnel of the Zamboanga City Police Office (ZCPO) received “Medalya ng Kagalingan” for their meritorious accomplishment in the campaign against illegal drugs in Zamboanga City.
The awardees of the Medalya ng Kagalingan (PNP Merit Medal) were Police Staff Sergeants Moh. Duran Mohammad and Bobby Judan, and Police Corporal Niccolo Atilano Luna, III, who arrested high value targets involved in peddling of illegal drugs on December 14, 2019 in the village of Rio Hondo, this city.
The police said the village of Rio Hondo is known as a perennial place of operation for drug peddlers.
Police Brigadier General Froilan Quidilla, Police Regional Office-Zamboanga Peninsula director, led the awarding ceremony, which was held Monday in Camp Abendan. (SunStar Zamboanga)
