Sandao, 43, minyo, pulos mga aktibong miyembro sa Armed Forces of the Philippines nga nadestino sa Upper Pulacan, Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur.
Ang warrant of arrest nga gisilbi adunay kasupakan sa Commission on Elections (Comelec) gun ban nga giisyu ni presiding judge, Leonor QuiƱones, sa Regional Trial Court-12th Judicial Region, Branch 6, siyudad sa Iligan, niadtong December 16, 2019 ug walay piyansa nga girekomendar.
