IN CELEBRATION of the Chinese New Year, Midori Clark Hotel and Casino ushers the Year of the Metal Rat as it features the Shanghai Buffet from January 24-26, 2020 at its main dining outlet - Toscana Dining.

Being known for Chinese cookery, Toscana Dining will bring each guests into a gastronomic voyage for one of the most highly anticipated celebration.

Executive Chef Marcus Dungca has masterfully primed a delicate array of hearty and premium selection of Chinese delicacies for the Chinese New Year.

The Shanghai Buffet will highlight the Carvery which will showcase Roasted Duck, Honey Roast Pork, Soy Chicken, Golden Roast Chicken, Hainanese Chicken and Macau Roast Pork. Well-known Chinese Dim Sum favorites such as dumplings, jewels, paos and a lot more.

Aside from the highlights, also featured in the buffet are the Weekend Buffet staples such as Cold Appetizers, Salads, Live Seafood Cooking, Korean and Japanese Station.
