Pary-list names third nominee

BUSINESSMAN Jose Maria "Boy" Zayco is the third nominee as representative of the Parents Enabling Parents (PEP) Coalition as endorsed by Crispin Chua, PEP Coalition provincial chairman and approved by its president Philip Piccio.

Zayco is the vice president for external affairs of the Metro Bacolod Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Governor Isidro P. Zayco, with some mayors in Negros Occidental and Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ Church also endorsed Zayco's nomination to PEP Coalition, which is ranks no. 169 in the party-list.

Zayco said he is ready to accept the nomination. "And this will be better for Negros Occidental," he said.

Zayco, a golfer, is also the Secretary of Bio Fuels International-Philippines, Inc.

PEP Coalition is fighting for the pre-need plan holders - CAP, Pacific Plan, Pryce Plan, PET, PAPI, Permanent, TPG, Philasia and Legacy (Nation Bank). The party-list needs 800,000 votes for the three seats in the Lower House of Congress.

Piccio is the first nominee of the PEP Coalition Party.

Zayco said he is hoping to get the support of the 1.6 million Negrense voters to be assured of a seat in Congress.
