THE Mabalacat City Government recently held a free livelihood skills training for persons with disabilities (PWDs).

The 55 PWDs received mug and T-shirt printing skills from the Persons with Disabilities Affairs Office (PDAO) headed by Michelle Roque.

After the skills training, the beneficiaries also received food packages from the city government.

The free skills training is part of Mayor Crisostomo Garbo’s local government programs geared toward improving the living conditions of the PWDs in the areas of health, employment, education and other basic necessities that will enable them to live comfortably and independently.
