Cervantes: Long message from God the Father

HERE’S more about the Warning prophesied by the Blessed Mother in her 1961-1965 apparitions in Garabandal, Spain, as well as in other supernatural manifestations all over the world in our times. The Warning is the first of three prophesied events to come, to be followed by the Miracle and, conditionally but now reportedly inevitably, the Chastisement.

Aside from some information on the nature of the Warning conveyed to mystcs, Heaven is not short of telling us how to face the phenomenon.

I share with readers the claim of golf-playing Australian mystic Matthew Kelly, founder of The Dynamic Catholic Institute- a Cincinnati-based nonprofit organization whose mission is “to re-energize the Catholic Church in America by developing world-class resources that inspire people to rediscover the genius of Catholicism.”

On the Warning, Kelly claimed he was told, rather lengthily, by God the Father on June 5, 1993 as follows: “Poor souls, all of you, robbed of the knowledge of My love. Be ready for this judgment of Mine. . . Now do you see how important these times are? Don’t wait for this Mini-Judgment. You must start to look at yourselves more closely so that you can see your faults and repent. You are fortunate to have the faith needed to read, believe, and accept this message. You must not go away indifferent to it. You must examine yourself more every day and pray in reparation. All of you, be like the blind man.

“Each day you should cry, ‘Lord, open my eyes,’ and My Son will open your eyes so that you can see your wretchedness and repent. Pray now more than ever, and remember the world’s standards are a false indication of My justice. I am your God, and while I am perfectly merciful to those who repent, I am perfectly just to those who do not. Many people think that I, your God, won’t mind. ‘It’s only little,’ they say. But it’s not a matter of minding. I want people to love Me. Love respects little things, as well as the big things; and in most cases, these little things are not so little.

“Do not judge your actions or others’ actions. You are unable to judge. You are incapable of judging because you cannot read a man’s heart. You must love Me with your whole heart, with your whole mind, with your whole soul, and with your whole strength.

“Today is the day. Do your best to renounce yourself and let Christ reign in your lives. You will never be ready for the Mini-Judgment, but some will be more prepared than others. You must aim to be one of those and bring as many others as you can to be prepared, or as prepared as possible. Above all, do not fear. I don’t tell you all this to become scared. No, simply try to become better people each day. More than this I could not ask. I am your God. I am perfectly just and perfectly merciful. You are sons and daughters of Mine. Does not a father look after his children?

“I send this message to spare you from any pain I can; but the pain that you experience by seeing the darkness of your soul is an act of love on My behalf. Do you not see that this will return many, many souls to a fuller love of Me? This will save many souls from the fires of hell.

“This is the most important of all My messages: I am the Lord, your God. You are My sons and daughters, whom I love very much, and My greatest delight is in being with you; and I want to be with you for eternity. Anything I do is done out of love for you, My children. Trust in Me, your Heavenly Father.”

APOLOGIES TO READERS: Age has caught up with me. In my last column on Pope Francis, there was a paragraph that probably twisted minds for its lack of sense. The paragraph about the Pope’s appointment of Msgr. Battista Mario Salvatorre Ricca ended up this way: “The name of the priest could be familiar to some, as he is the same priest who was found in an embarrassing situation after he had trapped and has to be rescued in an elevator with a known male prostitute while he was with the papal nunciature in Uruguay.”

Had trapped and has to be rescued? Mea culpa. That should have read: “was trapped and had to be rescued.”
