Mandani bay gives joy to indigent children

THE Mandani Bay employee-volunteers shared their time and delivered Christmas cheers and goodies to 200 indigent children from their neighboring communities in Mandaue City, Cebu in December 2019.

In partnership with Vicsal Foundation and the Mandaue City Social Welfare Services, Mandani Bay gathered children and their families from its partner communities in Barangays Mantuyong, Guizo and Centro for an afternoon of fun and gift-giving at the Mantuyong Gym. Beneficiaries were treated to a children’s party with games, prizes, meals and loot bags with their parents receiving food packs for the holidays.

“Dako kaayo among pasalamat sa Mandani Bay ug Vicsal Foundation sa kining pahalipay nga ilang gihatag para sa among mga anak ug sa among pamilya (We are so thankful to Mandani Bay and Vicsal Foundation for these gifts that were given to our kids and familes),” said Marites, not her real name, one of the beneficiaries.

Also in December last year, Mandani Bay, through the Cancer Warriors Foundation, provided Christmas packs to the families of 150 children living cancer during its annual Christmas celebration at the Springdale Gym in Barangay Lahug, Cebu City.

The Mandani Bay Christmas outreach has become an annual tradition for HTLand team members to give back and bring simple joy to children during the Yuletide season.

Developed by HTLand Inc., a joint venture of Hongkong Land and Taft Properties, Mandani Bay is a world-class 20-hectare waterfront township development with a stunning view of the coast and cityscape.

Strategically located along the Mactan Channel in Mandaue City, Mandani Bay sets the bar for a new era of development in the Philippines as it is poised to become the focal lifestyle center of its area and one of Asia’s key urban landmarks.
